This role will be 20-30 hours a week (flexible time) AESTI'm looking for someone who can replace my current VA for the following tasks:
- Order fulfilment (tracking details)
- Product uploading
- Updating stock
- Live Chat Operating
- Customer Email responses
- Creating customer lists
Requirements:
- Understanding of Shopify
- Fluent English
- Basic understanding of excel and word
The role would be around 20-30 hrs a week and hours will increase through experience as more experience will warrant a better understanding of live chat questions, email enquiries etc.
